Oh hey! It’s been about 2 years since I wrote this piece that got me a bunch of internet attention. Quite a bit has changed over the last two years and many things have stayed the same unfortunately. One big thing that changed is me: I’m completely *divested* from lending my talent and personal/professional brand to companies invested in exclusion. I learned just *one more time* that most diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts fail by design. I haven’t looked back. 👀👋🏿
