A woman found this puppy in a plastic bag, inside a dumpster... She saw us driving away with a van full of dogs and figured we could help—so she chased our van down the street to give us this puppy. I’m glad she did, because this “trash” is gonna be someone’s treasure very very soon... We named him Oscar, and he’s going to be available for adoption with @theanimalpad in just a few weeks!
