Still can’t believe I hit my first full year of doing drag last month. As cliché as it sounds, it still feels like yesterday when I got to perform for the first time. I’ll never forget the nervous feeling of waiting on the sidelines for the first time and then instantly feeling everything click the moment the music starts. ✨ I’m so proud of everything I’ve accomplished in my first year. The creative expression drag has allowed me to give myself as well as share with everyone has been amazing. Thank you to my family, chosen family, friends and the Chicago community for supporting me and showing me endless amounts of love for my art. Gigi Madid would not be the queen she is without you. 💖 This look was my finale look for Survivor All Stars 2 and naturally I had to represent and show me at my very core. I’ll never water down my love for my culture and upbringing as a Filipino.
