Object permanence, avoidant anxious attachment, and finding out yet again when life stops me, i get tangled up in the past that’s still under the surface. Anyone else struggle bussin?? Yes? No? Lol. I did call my dad so that was a step in the right direction to try and rebalance. #themollymohawkshow
