I had posted about how all the feelings from two years ago were coming back. So many of you wrote back to say you were feeling the exact same way. It is that feeling— once again— of anger, frustration, fear, confusion, shock, loss, helplessness. You name it, we feel it. A rollercoaster of emotions that overwhelms you. What I am finding (and again many will relate to this as well) is that I haven’t healed from what happened in 2020. I am still mentally, emotionally and even physically exhausted. As are you. We aren’t ready to be back to this place again... and yet here we are. Thanks to my amazing colleagues , who are my true friends, for taking the time to ask and empathize. ❤️💙🧡 The Armenian-American community needs support now more than ever. 🇦🇲
