Get out in nature and pick a few blackberries before the season finishes, and try this frozen yogurt bark.
We mixed British apples and blackberries, a classic autumn combo, and finished with some chopped walnuts too.
But really you could use any fruit and nuts, even try chocolate and seeds.
To make:
Mix full fat Greek yogurt with honey. Start with a little honey and add more until it's your desired sweetness.
Spread out in a Tupperware box, or on a baking tray on greaseproof paper.
Chop apple into small 1cm pieces and mix with a little cinnamon and brown sugar.
Wash your blackberries and drain.
Scatter the fruit on top of the yogurt. Add your nuts.
Freeze for at least 3-4 hours. Once properly frozen, cut into triangles.
Enjoy! Store any uneaten pieces in the freezer.
Have you tried yogurt bark? What flavour combos do you like?
