Hello everyone, My name is Coach Will. I am a strength and conditioning coach for Next Level Strength and Conditioning. Our goal is to develop a power house athletic program at Greece Odyssey by implementing structured workouts for all middle and high school athletes In-Season and those in the Off-Season! We will be focusing on building Strength, Speed, Power, and Agility to prepare our athletes for anything thrown at them during practice or competition. In doing so, we will also focus on injury reduction so athletes are more durable and stay in the game!
