The Wellpoint Hall of Fame Series Baltimore returned to CFG Bank Arena on Monday for its second straight year, bringing together four Maryland programs (three from the greater Baltimore area) for an exciting doubleheader to open their college basketball season. The day featured Maryland taking on Coppin State in the first game, followed by an all-Baltimore matchup between Loyola (MD) and Towson in the finale. The event marked a special moment for Maryland basketball, as new head coach Buzz Williams made his Terrapin debut on the sidelines.
