Boil one cup of water in the small pan with a dash of kosher salt. 2. Add 1/2 cup of rolled oats and your chia seeds. Lower the heat to medium-high and stir occasionally. (this is a great time to chop up your apple! 3. After 4 minutes, reduce heat, add nutmeg and protein powder. Stir and reduce to low heat. 4.
