Opening today at Photon Gallery Vienna: Laura Sperl, Im Prozess The exhibition event will take place today at 7 pm. The exhibition by Laura Sperl, titled Im Prozess, focuses on the making itself. Insight is given into two works in progress by the artist. The work „Exposure Performance“ brings object, photography and performance closer together. The documentation of the performance, which was realised in the context of a work-in-progress show will be presented. The performance consists of exposing a body in a human-sized light-sensitive object and subsequently guiding it through the photochemical development process. In addition, works from the on-going series „Solar Exposures“ will be presented. Analogue exposures are made with captured energy of a solar cell.
