With August off to a crazy start for me - I’ve made it even more of a priority to find stillness in my days. In these moments I can regain focus on what’s important to me, and why I’m working so hard in the first place. Without these moments in time, I feel my stress levels heighten, and I begin to lose sight of what I’m even working towards in the first place. Prioritizing blissful moments like this helps me move forward, and allows even greater energy to flow through me.
