A year ago today we hopped on a plane with a one way ticket from LGA —> TPA to close on the house that we contracted to build on this very lot 13 months prior. Probably the scariest life altering decision I’ve ever made. They weren’t lying when they said the first year would be the hardest. But sometimes, the hardest things turn out to be the best experiences.
