Recipe:
1/2 butternut squash cubed
2 cups brussel sprouts cut in 4’S
season with: pink salt, cinnamon, garlic
- roast at 400F for 20 mins
3 cups well massaged kale
1/4 cup cooked pancetta
1/4 cup roasted walnuts & pecans
2 tsp cinnamon
sprinkled with pumpkin seeds
Dressing
2 tsp honey
2 tbsp ACV
1/4 cup evoo
1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard
4 finely chopped figs
S&P
Optional: top with raw goat cheese!
