It has been an honor of a lifetime to share my heritage and my values with the world, and represent the tremendous and rare beauty of Cherokee women both inside and out. Our beauty comes from our spirituality and our feminine strength. I am the first woman to carry a Native American or Indigenous American national level title into a world level international beauty pageant. As a Cherokee woman it is an honor to follow in the footsteps of the first and only Native American @missamerica America in history - Norma Smallwood, Miss America 1926. She was Cherokee, and she made history too!
