Perez is 1 year 11 months old, 61 lbs. neutered boy, and he’s been at the shelter since 4/18/22. Perez has real youngster energy. He loves to run and play, romp in the kiddie pool, and enjoys affection from his volunteer friends. But being stuck in the kennel has become stressful for him! Perez needs a person who will give him training, stability, and engaging ways to channel his bouncy personality. Perez loves toys and has shown he can trade balls, but he has also shown guarding tendencies at times, so he needs someone who can help work on that. Due to this, we would recommend a home with no small children. He has been friendly with other pups while at the shelter, he enjoys chase play (Slow, monitored intros are always recommended in a new home/environment.) Perez has been waiting long enough!
