COLLAGEN + CACAO OVERNIGHT OATS 🌸🍫 🌸🍫 It’s finally summer; time for the no-heat required recipes to roll out! Since my chia pudding this week has beet juice in it this had to go with a chocolaty oatmeal for a red velvet vibe. 🌸🍫THE GOODS 1 scoop collagen @vitalproteins 1 tbsp cacao powder @navitasorganics 1 tsp bourbon vanilla extract @traderjoes 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk @malk 1/2 tbsp Vermont maple syrup @trader joes (optional) 1/2 tsp nutmeg @mccormickspice 1 tsp peanut butter @sprouts 2 tsp ground flax @traderjoes 1/2 cup of rolled oats @traderjoes Dash of Himalayan sea salt Toppings: Fresh raspberries @driscollsberry Chia pudding (see the previous post) 🌸🍫THE RECIPE 1. Add all your oatmeal ingredients to a mason jar or any jar with a lid❤️ 2. Stir, seal it up, and leave it in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours 3. When it has been at least overnight, take it out and top it with chia pudding and fresh raspberries
