It’s time to close the year with a sound bubblebath of deadly rhythms, rattling bass and cerebral mutations at Deep Web on Friday December 9th. @deepwebaffairs @zoharzohar_ @assyoutii @opium_hum @azemad1 After being blown away by her performance at Dekmantel, and her recent OBJECT self-release, we invited Zohar to unleash chaos onto the Fitzroy dancefloor. Her mixes drop razor-sharp percussions over ground-shaking bass in an act of witchcraft. Always hard and always surprising. Opening the night will be an experienced shap-shifter and underground explorer that goes by the name of Opium Hum, known in several communities for his keen curatory and wide range of sonic assault. Then comes Azemad, fresh from his excellent Afriki EP release on Awkwardly Social. The Cairo-born Berliner will bring a new live set of his IDM variations met with a north-African touch that we can’t wait to witness. Assyouti finishes the night, blowing the restless heat of the desert into his performances. Deadly rhythms, cerebral dance bangers and arabic deep cuts that hit straight between the eyes. We’re hyped up about the release of his first EP Shakhrama (out November 17 on High Digital), and can’t wait to hear it put the Martin Audio sound-system at Fitzroy to the test. We look forward to bouncing with you in an evening of bass-heavy, crystal-highs reignition on December 9th. Doors at 22hr. Pre-sale ticket link available on our website at fitzroy-berlin.de
