@robwooods for @reform 4 years served Worst lesson learned was that time doesn’t wait for you. Life outside the walls must go on, no matter what, you have to remember you are someone even on days that you feel the worst or treated as less than. Best lesson, I realized that I am Worthy of love, kindness, and have the power to rebuild , sculpt myself during the time away from society. I found a lot of power within my thinking and unlocked my gifts from within . I learned to write music and story tell on a much deeper level. Upon release I met with my family . My mother and father picked me up with open arms. It was the first time I had saw my dad in years. We drove 6hrs to San Francisco, to meet with my sisters and have a normal lunch. It was the best feeling in the world to have them near me again . Now write music , and dedicate my life giving back to my community. Recently launched a movement called the worthy movement , located in the heart of skid row. We give free hair cuts, and meals to the residents. The mission is to touch our people and make sure that they know they are Worthy of receiving love and kindness
