Bentley Residences Miami has completed the largest residential foundation pour in Florida — and the second largest in the nation — marking a pivotal construction milestone for the 716-foot tower now rising at 18401 Collins Avenue.
In a nonstop 36-hour operation, @dezerdev, @bentleymotors, and @builtbycoastal coordinated thousands of truckloads of concrete and reinforcing steel to lay the groundwork for a building that pairs Sieger Suarez architecture with Bentley’s signature design language and craftsmanship.
The 216-home tower will bring the brand’s luxury DNA into every detail, from private heated pools, summer kitchens, and expansive ocean-facing terraces to the patented Dezervator automobile elevator that delivers residents and their cars directly to a private sky garage. Inside, homes feature Italian cabinetry, Gaggenau appliances, spa-like suites with saunas, and Bentley-specific patterning and finishes throughout.
More than 20,000 square feet of amenities — including a private restaurant by acclaimed @cheftoddenglish, a whiskey bar, cigar lounge, cinema, spa, and oceanfront beach club — round out a lifestyle experience starting at $5.8 million.
