Is there a city in the world quite as bella as Venice? 🇮🇹 Some other things to note that aren’t in the Reel: 📍 Cannaregio district was our favourite as it felt the most local 📍 There is a floating gondola bar outside Al Timon restaurant which is good for aperol sundowners 📍 You are charged a city tax for each nights stay in a hotel as well as sitting down at restaurants 📍 St Marks Square is also worth a visit but go early or late as it gets super busy! 📍 Cafe Florian is super old and pretty but a coffee is around 15 Euros 📍 If you visit for the Redentore festival in July, you have to pre book tickets to watch from the waterfront (crowd control). We didn’t realise but managed to find a spot near Giardini della Biennale (walked from north to south of the city!)
