What we are seeing happen in Washington is 20 people holding up the entire nation for what they believe in. I don’t agree with much if any of what they want. I want us to see last year it was Manchin and Senima but there are always a group of white people in America willing to put it all on the line for what they believe is right. What about those of us who are on the right side of justice and equity? Is not our cause worth making this nation stand still for voting rights the very framework of democracy? Some of us are far too acquainted with the word compromise and that’s why our communities never thrive. Just some food for thought this good Thursday. They may fail, but you will feel them first.
