There’s no better way to end our year in review than with our brownstone project #bedstuybrownie. It was a true dream to work with 3-time Emmy winning comedian Wyatt Cenac on his colorful and unique home. His creative spirit and sense of humor comes through in every corner of this house. We transformed this 4 story brownstone into an single-family home and added an entire additional floor of living space by excavating the cellar. The terrazzo filled kitchen remained in its original location in the back of the garden floor leading to the backyard. The parlor floor is fit for entertaining with a front parlor living room complete with a custom built-in for his record collection and a separate dining room covered in bold wall paper. Upstairs there is an entire floor primary bedroom and a floor for guest bedrooms. Just like many of films and series Wyatt has been part of writing, performing, and producing his house is full of drama, humor, and many surprises. Check it out at the link in bio and in our story!
