When training in the cage, I like to focus more on staying inside the ball along with creating as much bat speed/power. Using the Camwood ( @camwoodbats ) trainer, there’s added weight above the hands, which promotes driving my hands inside the ball, creating the proper bat path. Along with this, this bat helps increase strength and bat speed due to the weight. With the weight being added above the hands, this bat doesn’t feel as heavy as it actually is.
