FINALLY filmed an updated what I eat in a day 🍓🍝🍫🥯 our meals vary from week to week, but this is typically what my eating looks like Monday- Friday (weekends are a free for all 😆. I haven't tracked calories/ macros in about 2 years. I just intuitively eat based on what I learned from tracking, but I logged everything this day so l could show you guys, & I was shocked with how close I was to hitting my numbers. My goal is to just maintain my weight & Where I am now, so please know that this will look differently for everyone based on goals, genetics & exercise. For exercise, I do CrossFit about 5 times a week. This has just been what works for me personally ♡ whatever your goals are, I believe in you!!
