SPICY BREAKFAST BOWL🥬🍳 🥬🍳 I am pretty obsessed with a loaded healthy breakfast bowl! Ever since I tried Siete’s habanero hot sauce, I don’t think I’ve had any of my breakfast salad bowls without it! If you also like to spice things up, please give this whole bowl a shot; I know you will love it too! 🥬🍳THE GOODS 1-2 large handfuls of organic baby spinach, baby chard, and baby kale @traderjoes 1 sliced Persian cucumber 3-4 mini bell peppers bell peppers 1-2 tsp olive oil 1 tbsp vinegar (I love ACV, red wine vinegar, or balsamic for an egg dish) 1- 2 eggs per person @vitalfarms Cooked in organic avocado oil 1/2 avocado A small handful of fresh cilantro For the salad: Himalayan pink salt, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, and crushed red pepper to taste On top, fresh lime and Everything but the bagel seasoning to taste, and the lovely habanero hot sauce @sietefoods Serve with: fresh berries and an optional @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel tortilla 🥬🍳THE RECIPE 1. Start mixing up your greens (kale, chard, spinach) with olive oil, vinegar ( I used ACV), pink salt, garlic, nutritional yeast, and crushed red pepper 3. Add your cucumber and mini bell peppers, avocado, and cilantro; then squeeze half of a fresh lime. 5. Add your freshly steamed egg; I cooked it with avocado oil spray 6. Sprinkle with everything but the bagel and a generous amount of the habanero hot sauce. Enjoy!👩‍🍳
