Mini rounds of sage and rosemary focaccia with a pumpkin design made of honeynut squash slices (butternut squash’s sweeter and cuter offspring). The stem is made of walnut and I used parsley and sage for the extra leafy decorations baked into the surface. I also put some shredded aged white cheddar underneath the honeynut squash pieces, which, when melted, acted as a glue to adhere them to the surface of the focaccia, but of course also made the focaccia more tasty. ⁣ ⁣ I have been on a bit of a fall baking kick lately!
