Oh my heart is still in the canyon.... Heart broken to come up to the rim of the Grand Canyon and hear of our inspiring mentor Hilaree’s passing, all of the loss in the world weighs heavy. She brought hope, grace and courage to us women of the mountains 🏔 . The rose gold Colorado river carried us for a week and my family still floats along as I head back to work. What a gift to be immersed in the earth with some of the best humans ❤️ my dad put in for a private Grand Canyon permit 15 years ago and we were finally able to dive in to the land of sand and big water beauty all together. What a dream come true. 🏜 . Thanks to my brother @axlemoon for hopping on the oars after a long time away, I’m proud of you for navigating those big rapids so well!
