La Batanga Sometimes the most simple mix of ingredients can be utterly satisfying. I found Don Javier’s business card last week as I was packing. So many amazing memories at La Capilla in Tequila; many sitting at a table or the bar with Javier. His hospitality was unmatched, as was the charm and warmth in his smile. He’d also seem to “lose count” as he poured the agave ☺️, which never hurts. Had to have one in his honor. TBH, I nearly always have one here.
