It’s ok if all you did was make it through last week. Take it easy on yourself. Everything doesn’t have to be perfect l. You are only 1 person and are only capable of a certain amount. If you don’t accomplish everything that you wanted to accomplish in a week, pick up the pieces and start fresh the next week. Be kind and gentle to yourself, no matter how hard and difficult your inner critic may be. ✨🙏🏻
