Alright CHEQUAMEGON! Here we come for ya @cheqmtb. Pretty stoked for a totally different cadence of race tomorrow. 40 fast, punchy, rolly, and sprinty miles in the woods of Wisconsin. We ride part of the famous @americanbirkebeiner ski course which is pretty cool to picture how gnarly this would be on snow and skinny skis. Feeling pretty positive about tomorrow, I’ve let go of expectations and just soaking in the experience. I’m happy to be amongst the rest of the @lifetimegrandprix athletes again, as they’ve become the lifeline throughout the season more so than the competition. Super happy to race the MTB again, try a new race and eat some pizza at the finish! I’ll be on the same @iamspecialized Epic HT that I ran for Leadville, but with a Fast Track 2.35 in the front and Renegade 2.35 in the back. Photo: @its_jimmy
