Life is a picnic ☀️🌸 as long as there’s a glass of wine in my hand 🥖🍷🧀 PSA: Super cute, romantic, and completely affordable date idea - have a picnic at Vista Hermosa Natural Park! I love love love this park because it’s not the most well-known place, therefore it’s not crowded. It is so secluded, quiet, and peaceful that I actually didn’t believe I was still in LA! The best part? The view of the city’s skyline 😍 Paired with some charcuterie and wine, and you’ll have him/her wrapped around your finger in no time! (Am I giving dating advice now? Guess so 🤷🏻‍♀️ lol.) The wine I chose is from @jlohrwines. I’m a huge fan of red wine, especially full-bodied, tannic ones. Usually these also tend to be on the dryer side and pretty balanced on the soft/acidic scale. This cabernet from J. Lohr was only $11 at @costco and is on point with my preferences! If you’re ever unsure about the flavor/review of a wine, check out the @vivino app - it has saved me many times :) The @fratelliberettausa meats are also from Costco ($12 for a two pack of prosciutto, salami, and more!) So tasty, especially when eaten with garlic crackers from @la_panzanella, which I found at @ralphsgrocery. Lastly, for dessert, I brought some dark chocolate @barkthins, which pairs so well with the wine too! Food is a must for my type of perfect date. What do you like to eat on your perfect date? 💕 P.S. I think it’s actually a skill to look as bad as I do in eating photos 😂 you’ll have to excuse that pic folks, but I think it’s hilarious
