Cereal and Milk Barsâ
â
Ingredients:â
Baseâ
4 cups (100g) cereal of choiceâ
1 cup (120g) oat flourâ
1/2 cup (100g) Native ForestÂŽ Organic Virgin Coconut Oilâ
1/2 cup (80g) coconut sugarâ
1/4 cup (80g) honey or maple syrup â
1/4 tsp saltâ
1/2 tsp vanilla extractâ
1 tsp cinnamon â

Milk Layerâ
1/4 cup (50g) Native ForestÂŽ Organic Virgin Coconut Oilâ
2 cups (240g) powdered sugar â
1/2 tsp vanilla extractâ
2-3 tbsp almond milkâ
â
Instructions:â
Line an 8Ă8â square pan with parchment paper. Set aside.â
In a large mixing bowl, toss cereal with oat flour, cinnamon, and salt.â
In a separate bowl, combine coconut oil, coconut sugar, and honey/maple syrup. Microwave 30 seconds. Add vanilla and whisk until everything is dissolved and combined.â
Add to cereal and mix (easiest with your hands) until evenly coated.â
Transfer half of the cereal mixture into the pan, pressing in firmly.â
Whisk together the milk layer ingredients. Spread on top of the cereal.â
Top with remaining cereal, again press in VERY firmly.â
Refrigerate 4+ hours.â
Slice and eat!â
