We are pleased to announce the opening of our second Carhartt WIP store in Hamburg, Germany. ⁠The 200 square meter store is located in the birthplace of Heinrich Hertz, the physicist who discovered the existence of radio waves and after whom the audio frequency unit Hertz (Hz) is named.⁠ ⁠ The space was designed by the Milan-based architecture studio of @andreacaputodotcom, and features a semi-circular sound system built into the back of the lower floor – an homage to the building’s Hertzian heritage, as well as our connection to music and radio.
