Today is World Mental Health Day, and Iām so grateful for my husband @BryantWood, someone who dedicates his life to helping others heal, grow, and become their best selves.
From Modern Nirvana to Seasons Of You, he has inspired me to use my voice, to be open, vulnerable, and to fight for the life I want no matter the circumstances.
Remember to prioritize your mental health today.
Honor your boundaries.
Love yourself deeply.
Fight for your mind.
Surround yourself with people who truly see you and support you. Lean into the practices that ground you: breathwork, meditation, journaling, therapy, nature, connection, and love.
