As an entrepreneur and CEO, you’re constantly pushing yourself to always do more. Do more for your company, your team, and your family. There is a joke that the CEO stands for Chief Everything Officer. Especially in the early days. Whether I've been known as a stylist, a salon owner, a mom, or well a founder with an idea. Everything Officer sure does cover the bases. This year I decided to push myself more than I ever have. Pushing myself to continue to show up for myself. Because if you haven’t noticed so far, everything else was a priority. I decided to do more for myself. January 3rd I started 75 Hard. Today is day 75. 💧I Drank 75 gallons of water 📚Read 5 books 💪29 pounds lost 🥙No alcohol, No Cheat Meals 📔Created daily practice of gratitude. 🛏Made my bed every day. 75 hard taught me the most that when I focus on myself the energy becomes so great that it impacts every single person around me. Yes, I showed up and did all of those things. But, 75 Hard taught me how to show up for me. And in fact, it was the consistent internal work that has fuelled me to my greater purpose. I can now confidently say when I look at myself in the mirror I am living the life that I’ve always dreamt of. I am now the leader the entrepreneur visionary that is fully engaged to the mindset of what it takes to actuate on your dreams. As the Everything Officer, I couldn’t prioritize myself. All you need is Day 1.
