Posted @withregram • @carolineoncocktails Saint-Tropez off La Brea! 😎 This beautiful restaurant with midcentury beach vibes opened up on the 4th floor of exclusive fitness club @heimatclub. (The entrance is easy to miss: the north elevator off Romaine. It’s also open to the public.) The interior is an Instagrammer’s dream 😜 with mustard yellow leather covered 2-person booths lining the bar, rattan, marble and beautiful chandeliers of globe lights. The exterior on the roof features another bar with bar seating, lounge and dining area. There’s also a pool area that’s only accessible to club members. Most of the cocktails on the opening menu were created by @mikelay2 but @sommryanhess will take over the program going forward, updating the drinks seasonally. The cocktails here complement the kitchen’s philosophy of using sustainable, organic ingredients, as well as the flavors of the food itself.
