From giving my first public talk in London, England because of ROMCON, to moving, growing, and honouring one year since my dad’s passing. 💔 It’s been a whirlwind — one of those years where everything shifts all at once. But I’ve learned that life changes through small, everyday decisions to show up — to keep going, even when your heart is still healing. I’ve learned to run through being terrified, to trust that courage doesn’t mean not being scared — it means showing up anyway.
