We are so excited to announce that the second WePresent Guest Curator is the inimitable and multifaceted artist @solangeknowles. For this collaboration, Solange has selected four artists—@elliottjeromebrownjr, Autumn Knight (@autkni), @dozie.kanu, and Jacolby Satterwhite (@jacolbysatt)—all of whose work speaks directly to her. The themes present in the work of these artists—privacy, identity, heritage, rituals, family—are all unique to each of them, familiar only in that they have, in turn, inspired the work of Solange, or piqued her interest. "I am delighted to be working with WePresent this year,” Solange says, “to uplift vital voices in art and design, starting with a selection of artists who I feel are pushing boundaries to create new worlds and experiences for audiences to discover for years to come."
