We were honored to welcome John Schwartz, CEO of Amuse Bouche Winery, for an exquisite evening of dining and storytelling on Saturday, August 27, 2022. Guests enjoyed seven highly-rated and award-winning wines from Northern California including a 2021 Coup de Foudre Sauvignon Blanc from Napa Valley, 2021 Prêt à Boire Napa Valley Rosé, a 2019 Richard G. Peterson Pinot Noir from Santa Rita Hills, a 2010 and 2016 Au Sommet Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, a 2013 Richard G. Peterson Brut Rosé from Napa Valley, and a surprise pour from a five liter 2018 Vin Perdu Napa Valley Red Blend. Each wine was perfectly paired with a seasonal, multi-course menu created by Chef Aggi Sverrisson and the Moss Restaurant culinary team that featured dishes such as Arctic Langoustines with miso, dashi, bok choy, and coriander as well as Icelandic Lamb with peas, mint, and broccoli leaves. It was an evening full of extraordinary food, wine, and company.
