I had never cooked beetroot with dark chocolate before but It worked, and I promised to share the recipe. 4tsp rapeseed oil 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1tsp fennel seeds 6 -7 fresh curry leaves 4 cooked beetroot, sliced into half moons 1tsp chilli flakes, 1tsp salt, 2tsp ground cumin Coconut Yoghurt mixed with grated dark chocolate I used @lindtuk chocolate.
