I’m on a no-added sugar challenge right now, but I was scrolling through my newsfeed one morning and stumbled upon an article about this no-bake, no dairy, no egg 2-ingredient chocolate cake. It seemed to be impossible! So, I made a tiny little exception from my challenge just so I could test out this no-bake cake! I also invited my friends @chefjonkung and @tylergaca to see what they thought! Did you know that this cake went so viral in India during lockdown that it caused a shortage of Oreos?? Look, it isn’t the “healthiest” thing in the world, but, back when I was in college and all I had was a microwave, this sort of thing would have been MAGIC to me!! What do you think? Would you try this cake?
