Most of what I’m doing is restorative in nature, trying to put muscles back together (as shown here for a extremely wide diastasis recti / ab muscle separation), or restoring volume to deflated breasts and buttocks, or removing stubborn scarred tissue and fat. All of these procedures, when combined, can be extremely powerful in nature, as you can see here! This patient’s surgical journey was unique in many ways. She had a cesarean section scar that was quite low but also had damaged some of her lower rectus abdominis muscles. Additionally, he had a previous inferior pedicle breast reduction that left her with heavy, bottomed out breasts and over time she lost volume and was left with heavy tissue and loose skin. We staged her breast surgery, and I will do this many times if we are unsure of the nipple blood supply or we are trying to maintain a final volume similar to the pre op volume but with adding implants. So the first stage we performed a Mastopexy and removed some of the bottomed out tissue with care to keep the nipples alive. We also performed the tummy tuck at that stage. This was about one year ago. At her second stage, over 7 months ago, we performed a SoMē ®️breast augmentation with Sientra HSC+ Moderate plus profile implants, Galaflex internal bra, further skin tightening, along with VASER assisted 360 liposuction, Renuvion skin tightening, and a BBL and hip dip fat grafting for contouring.
