Over the last few years, I’ve grown in ways I never imagined. I’ve taken the time to truly look at myself and acknowledge all the moments where I could have been a better friend, partner, daughter, sister, niece., etc. That reflection wasn’t easy, but it was necessary. It taught me accountability, grace, and the power of growth. Through this journey, I’ve learned to do the inner work. Like setting boundaries, choosing peace, and creating a positive, safe space for myself to live and grow in. And now, as I prepare to step into my 27th year in just a few days, my heart is filled with gratitude. Every experience I have had, every triumph, every heartbreak, and every lesson has shaped me into the woman I am today. I know I’ve grown tremendously in the last year alone, but when I look back, the evolution truly began the moment I moved to Tampa. That chapter started a journey that molded me, challenged me, and ultimately strengthened me. I have been through the unimaginable, but I would not change it for the world. The friendships, the relationships, the love, the loss... all of it mattered. All of it makes me, me. Those memories and experiences created the soul I carry today. Sometimes heavy, sometimes light. To my family and friends who have loved me, supported me, and stayed for the long ride, thank you from the bottom of my heart. And to those where there were fallouts or distance, know this: there is always room for growth, healing, and understanding. The door is never fully closed where there was once a warm meal waiting at the table for you, and there will always be a welcome mat at my front door.
