@theindependentsgroup and @alexdebetak launch L’Incubateur, a pioneering initiative conceived to identify, support, and accelerate the next wave of talent, entrepreneurs, and creative agencies on a global scale. As a way of giving back and mentoring emerging creative talent, L’Incubateur seeks out and identifies innovative perspectives, champions growth, and provides the knowledge and resources needed to scale success through a structured program of tailored mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to the 17 partner agencies of The Independents, who bring their experience, vision, and energy to nurture the selected projects. L’Incubateur has selected @matiere.noire.paris , a Paris-based creative studio leading new approaches to spatial and lighting design, as the first beneficiary. Founded in 2019 by Pierre Dagba and Felix Ward, Matière Noire is built on a network of parallel disciplines and the intrinsic relationship between light and architecture.
