I was never a reader, in fact, if you would’ve asked me a couple months ago, I would have told you that I despised reading. I popped by the self transformation section, as I am perpetually ~goin thru it~ and picked up Astro Poets: Your Guides to the Zodiac by Alex Dimitrov and Dorothea Lasky. My intuition went bananas gal! And maybe it was just the edibles talking, but I was not leaving the store without this book. Long story short, I got the fkn book. Maybe I’m going to sound like your typical, profound, 20 yr old woman to say that astrology opened up a new realm of understanding within myself and unlocked so much insight about those around me, but girl... 😗 When you wake up for your birthday each year, it feels quite ordinary. This is the first birthday that I can say ‘I feel older.’ Even after accomplishing heaps in my career and enduring life altering trauma, the most impactful part of the year was unveiling so much about who I am & my purpose here. I possess so much wisdom and power for healing. I’m an introvert with the gift of feeling. I’m a creatively driven leader, I’m devoted and deep. And maybe I cry at the sight of roadkill and am unequivocally and unapologetically loyal to my leo mother, but I’m quite fascinated by the Cancerian I’ve grown into.
