Students of CQB 2-24 run though the new CQB “Combined Qual,” as they near their final marksmanship evaluations needed to begin the tactics phase of the course. The qual consists of both rifle and pistol shooting, instead of two individual quals for both weapon systems. The Combined Qual also includes drills that are a reflection of typical movements and engagements students will see in the house during the tactics phase.
