Pregnancy Hip Release šŸ«¶šŸ¼. In saying this, you don’t NEED to be pregnant to feel the magic of these movements šŸ™Š. For me and my pregnancy, movement and mobility has been the key to my happiness 🄹. It’s when I feel most relaxed, mobile and pain free šŸ˜. I like to do this hip release movement flow on lower body days. It’s the perfect way to finish the session releasing any tension you might be holding. I like to perform ā€˜moving stretches’ so I don’t hold a stretch for too long. For me it feels better to rock in and out of them so it’s what I do. I perform each movement pattern for 30-60 seconds, 1-2 rounds, depending on how my body is feeling. @movewithus
