Reverse Nordics. Eccentric movements have been key in the last couple of years for me working with @pendolaproject. This one serves a number of purposes, but strength, mobility, and activation are a few. The first rep has me only doing the eccentric portion with a reset between sets. The second set is if you want both eccentric and concentric movements, it just isn't as focused as the first though. The big key is to hold at the furthest back you can for about 3 to 5 sec. Another note is that I usually tuck my toes at the back to stretch them and work the windlass mechanism, which is important for the run stride. #strength #relativerunreadiness #runform #pendolaproject #running #gym #control #homegym #triathlontraining #triathlon
