I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions (I’m always setting & revisiting my goals and intentions, and winter never feels like the right time to me after the rush of the holidays!) but I did choose a word this year. EMBODY. My body has told me she wants my attention, for real and for GOOD. And so, I’m honoring her. Right now that looks like nourishing movement (I have to be really careful with my past to not get too restrictive or punishing- besides our bodies and ALL things respond MUCH better to LOVE!) along with some other practices. I’ve been feeling so comfy and confident in my @fabletics Sleek Seamless sets (they come in sizes XXS-4X—I’m wearing XXL/1X for reference!) which for me, is one non-negotiable! Also for transparency, I’m a #fableticsambassador but I’ve been a customer longer! I shared a little more on how I’m doing things differently this year and rewiring my brain around movement and self-care (along with a silly chaotic car GRWM) in my stories.
