Whisky and Mushrooms?? 🤔 - Elementally aged in wine casks, sherry casks and finally infused with matsutake mushrooms, this whisky is one of most unique I've had this year. The taste of mushroom is surprisingly strong and gives the whisky an almost malty quality. With rich notes of dried fruits behind, this whisky is definitely worth checking out.
